In SharePoint Servers, you see the "DistributedCOM" error with Event 10009.
To Over come the error "DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer ? using any of the configured protocols." as shown below.
Please update the admin accounts you are using for Application on the server in to "Distributed COM Users" group of the server.
After that, you don't see the error anymore.
